Stanford Kim

Stanford Kim is an associate attorney focused on property tax appeals and related real estate matters. Drawing on his experience with the Tax Court of New Jersey, Stanford approaches each matter with a strong understanding of property valuation, tax litigation, and the legal and practical considerations that shape disputes between property owners and taxing authorities.

Prior to joining the firm, Stanford served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mala Sundar, Presiding Judge of the Tax Court of New Jersey. During his clerkship, he worked on a broad range of complex property tax matters including valuation disputes, property tax exemptions, Chapter 91 matters, discovery and procedural motions, and cases involving expert appraisal testimony. His experience provided him with valuable insight into the litigation and valuation issues that frequently arise in New Jersey property tax matters.

Stanford received his B.A. in Political Science from Pepperdine University in 2020 and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2025, where he concentrated his studies in tax law and earned a certificate in corporate and business law. During law school, Stanford served as President of the Rutgers Tax Law Society and as a Student Attorney with the Rutgers Tax Law Clinic, where he represented taxpayers in federal tax controversies before the United States Tax Court.

Stanford joined McKirdy, Riskin, Olson & DellaPelle, P.C. in 2026, and is prepared to zealously advocate for his clients to the best of his abilities.
