Michael Realbuto is an associate focused on eminent domain and property tax appeal matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stuart A. Minkowitz, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris/Sussex Vicinages.

Michael received his B.A., cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College in 2017.  He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2020.  During law school, he was a member of the school’s mock trial team and participated in two national trial advocacy competitions.  Alongside his role as a student, Michael worked part-time for a successful New Jersey personal injury firm, where he was involved in all aspects of the civil litigation process.  He joined McKirdy Riskin in 2021 fully prepared to advocate on behalf of property owners across New Jersey.
