DellaPelle to Moderate Program at Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference at the William & Mary Law School

MROD Partner Anthony F. DellaPelle will moderate a roundtable discussion at the Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference at the William & Mary Law School on Friday, October 1st, 2021. The discussion is entitled “Just Compensation Issues, Changing Public Uses, and Other Recent Developments” and will also feature panelists Professor Thomas Merrill from Columbia University School of Law; Joshua Baker, Partner at Waldo & Lyle, P.C. in Norfolk, Virginia; and Randy Smith, Senior Managing Partner at Smith & Fawer, LLC in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference brings together members of the bench, bar, and academia to explore recent developments in property rights law. The conference began in 2004, is named in recognition of the late Toby Prince Brigham, founder of Owners Counsel of America, and renowned property rights scholar Professor Gideon Kanner, for their lifetime contributions to private property rights, and is presented by the William & Mary Property Rights Project.
