DellaPelle to Moderate Program at Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference at the William & Mary Law School

The Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference brings together members of the bench, bar, and academia to explore recent developments in property rights law. The conference began in 2004, is named in recognition of the late Toby Prince Brigham, founder of Owners Counsel of America, and renowned property rights scholar Professor Gideon Kanner, for their lifetime contributions to private property rights, and is presented by the William & Mary Property Rights Project.
